Mel's Auto Glass

I was referred here by Jake Sweeney GMC. My service tech, John, was great. He called before he arrived, which was exactly the time I was told when I made the appointment. I really appreciate that level of accuracy with the time. As a mother of 3, I am going from A to B to C with short time windows. It is so refreshing to have the tech arrive when promised!!! He explained everything thoroughly and asked if I had any questions. The whole process was just over an hour. 10/10 recommend.

Tim was awesome! Did an excellent job when he was just at my work looking at our vans, was willing to stop and help me out with a chip on my personal vehicle!

This place was fast, fantastic and so professional. From the lady offsite who took the inquiry, to Danielle on site who gave the updates. The entire staff was amazing. You can't beat that price. The other guys wanted to charge me $650 for the job and keep it two days. Mel's got it done in a couple hours and nearly slashed the price in half. My Jetta and I will be forever grateful. You will always have my business! Promote the entire team!

Appointment was booked in a couple minutes, installer was punctual and friendly. Install was done before I noticed. And they respected my availability. Couldn't have gone better.

Absolutely five star, family run, service replacing the windshield at their brand new Dayton location. Less than an hour to install, installers carefully removed dash cam. John was very kind, he explained everything and led us to their new lounge, snacks, lounge seats, and a work area while you wait. Mrs. Sammy was super-friendly, loved her passion and ease to talk with. My wife and I appreciated your time. John, thank you for your care with the installation and for the extra tape for the dashcam and hiding that cord. Highly recommend Mel's services!
